SoLED

The Solar LED Lamp Project, otherwise known as SoLED, was a project-based creative curriculum that included a design-it-yourself solar-powered LED lamp kit.

The curriculum identified and fused creative problem-solving skills with emerging and renewable technologies. The kit contained an array of parts that yield a working solar-powered lamp of the student’s design.

SoLED gave the student the opportunity to learn with their hands as well as the opportunity to discover a passion for learning through play and exploration.
