Kite Project

Students were tasked to design and style the skin of a kite to symbolically convey an important overarching theme from the book The Kite Runner. The theme they chose was to be translated using visual and graphic imagery as well as symbolism to convey an understanding of that theme as a major part of the story. This was an exercise in translating meaning into graphic and physical form.
